We have recently enabled a Reputation.
You will notice when somebody posts Underneath their details on the left is a small image button (
)
Which when clicked it opens a new page asking you if you will Approve or Disapprove their posts. By approving it gives them a good reputation. And later on in the future when you see they have a good reputation you are more likely to trust them.
By disapproving you are decreasing their rep. which wont go down very well but its your decision.
