Bike: None!
Post Mini Moto - Whats in the box?

When your mini moto arrives, hold back your excitement and open it carefully! Be careful removing the packaging, as it is there to protect the front perspex screen, and you don't want to crack it!

Your box will include:

A mini moto (in the colour of your choice)
A tool kit
A mixing bottle
4 sticker sheets
English manual
Stand
2 foot pegs

Now, the assembly:

Attach the 2 foot pegs in a position of your choice. Some like them low, so to the back, some to the front, and the occasional nutter set them to the top! mental!

Fold both handlebars forward until they are only slightly angled towards the back of the bike. Lock these in place with the alan key in the tool kit.

Slacken both brake leavers and angle them downwards, then tighten with the other allen key.

Remove all chrome protection from bike (two bits either side of bike just behind tank).

Remove the screws from the front screen and then remove the clear plastic coating. Re-tighten the screws, being careful not to over-tighten as this could crack the screen.

Check the exhaust for any polystyrene that is wedged in there, and remove if you find it.

Tighten every nut / bolt you can see on the bike, including brake caliper mounts, axles etc. Careful not to over tighten or shear any of them (this should be done before every ride of your moto).

Now... Wheel the bike outside.

Mix your oil and unleaded (25:1 for first few tanks), and slowly add a little to the tank. Once you are confident that there are no leaks, fill the tank up.

Ensure the choke is on and that the fuel tap is turned vertical, and pull the starter cord with a small amount of throttle. The bike will take a number of pulls to start, and once running, will require running for a few minutes with half throttle or slightly less to free the engine up.

Once the bike idles by itself with the choke off, get on and off you go!

The bike will take a few hours to truly break in, but now the fun starts!

For info on setting up your brakes etc. see the other threads.

ENJOY!!!
