Your new Pitbike

Please - as soon as you get your awesome new Pitbike and before you do absolutely anything else, make a note of the Bikes Vin Number and Engine Number and put it in a safe place. Ideally alongside your car documents.

We very often get calls from customers a week or so after taking delivery of their new bike only to ring and say its just been stolen. Unfortunately we don't hold records of delivered bikes Vin or Engine Numbers and we ask you to note them down immediately upon opening the box.

We do make sure that all our collect customers taking a ready PDI'd bike have a copy of the Vin and Engine Number as obviously the bike has been removed from the box and assembled. These bikes details are recorded on our systems.

You will need these Numbers for police and insurance claims.
