Custom twin oil coolers

Fitted a pair of custom oil cooler's to a customer's bike yesterday!! With the standard setup it was keeping the temperature of the engine to high! (with the mods we done, it needed to be kept cooler)!

simple mod, pukka result's!!!

Who wants to see pics??

Re: Custom twin oil coolers

We have used TB Oil coolers, they are twice as deep as standard one's. They also have a proper hydrovain! TB parts are Pukka, and thats why we import them!!

Nice and cool...................

Honestly its really simple to do, just make up two alloy brackets! we have put custom replaceable Nylon bungs on the radiators (so when she goes down, it wont mill the alloy down)!!

Yes we will sell a kit for it (rads, hoses, brackets etc..) (but still need to do more testing before we start to sell them! Its still early days!

Ill let you know how we get on!!
