basics for supermoto

i got footpeg sliders and overflow catch tank and slightly stiffend suspention and hopefully gettin some tyres this weekend or soon as

and wondered if handguards are compulsery

any thing else i missed or need to do

it depends where you ride, some places will want you to have a sump tray (bottom of a petrol canister) attached to the bashgaurd.

Lock wired sump bolt.

catch tank on the oil breather at the back of the engine.

as for handgaurds its down to choice, but nearly everyone i know rides with them, cos when you fall you dont snap a lever and can just carry on racing.

Hand guards. Oil catch tray. axle bobbins, lockwired sump plug and catch tank etc are compulsory at most race meets.
