Make my bike road legal

I hope ive got this in the right section

Ive got a pit bike here that I want to ride on the road.

No paperwork with it, but I also have a kubota tractor which is orange (same colour as the bike) which is road legal if you use it for farm use.

Can I just swap the frame over from the tractor to the bike?

If plod pulls me over Ill just say im herding sheep or something.

Im planning to tie the numberplate to the rear wheel but only use the bike/tractor in the snow so that should be ok - right?

I only want to use the bike/tractor at night - is there a nighttime only mot?

The tractors vin number is much longer than the bikes, can I just stamp in on the swingarm instead of the headtube?

Plus im only 11 but I want to buy the bike/tractor now so I can be the first of my mates to get my commercial pilots liscence at about 28 or 29.

Finally id like to put a 2 stroke engine in the bike/tractor frame - has anyone done anything similar?

Alternatively I might use the money to take my girlfriend to the dentist - any thoughts.
