Hi all, thump* 140cc is starting a bit funny.
From cold it never used to like choke at all, infact choke would kill the bike. Since then the bike will now start with the choke after pissing around the mixture screw it is no longer over fuelling like mad, but can struggle to idle but i just need to screw the idle screw in a touch.
the problem is when the bike is fully warm it just struggles to kick, usually takes between 10-30 kicks before (or if at all) it starts. Very strange! The bike bump starts so easily though, the engine seems fine.
The only thing I can think contributing to the problem is the clutch has come a bit loose and I can hear it knocking a bit (has happened before) but I dont think that would cause the bike not to start. Doubt this is really a massive problem because it kicks from cold okay.. Just not when it is warm
Any suggestions?
